Widely acclaimed as one of England's premier amateur choirs with over 120 singers, The Waynflete Singers perform regularly in Winchester Cathedral, Hampshire.  The Choir has acquired an extensive repertoire ranging from early music to challenging late twentieth century works and has made several acclaimed CD recordings.   We have achieved a reputation for giving concerts to the highest professional standards using professional soloists and orchestras, enjoying strong links with the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra and Florilegium.  [more about us .........]

In 2001 The Waynflete Singers joined the Bach Choir for the world premiere of Sir John Tavener's Song of the Cosmos at the BBC Proms.  The Waynflete Singers also performed in front of tens of thousands, both at the Queen's Official Golden Jubilee Celebrations in The Mall with the Bach Choir, and at the official 60th anniversary London commemorations of the ending of World War II [photos].
